Methow River steelhead begin arriving in the fall as they swim up the Columbia River from the Pacific Ocean.
These steelhead range in size from 6-12 pounds.
Trips are booked all year long although the season stretches typically from September to April. That's 7 months of fishing for these 8 fin trophies.
Trout we Catch
Cutthroat, Rainbow, Cutt-Bow, German Brown
Fish the pristine Methow River or a backcountry lake. For the beginner, expert or those needing a refresher, we offer instruction on fly casting techniques, how to tie dependable knots and how to choose to right fly. Once on the river, your guide will show you the proper techniques for hooking, landing & releasing your fish safely.

Brandon Pasley, our principal guide, was raised in the Methow Valley with a fly rod in hand. He has explored and fished the local waters for 20 years. He has honed his skills in the creeks, rivers and back country water of the North West. Brandon’s love of the sport shows in his passion for guiding.
Brandon is licensed, insured, and CPR/First Aid Certified.
